The Imperial 2036 Fryer Basket 13" L × 12 -1/4" W × 5 -3/8"H with front hook to secure food items as they are lowered in and raised out of hot oil in frying cycles. The mesh construction of the basket permits the oil to circulate around the food as it cooks and drains when picked up. It is inserted directly into the fryer vat of any compatible commercial fryers, and the front hook is placed on the rim of the fryer to hold the basket out of the water when not in the fryer.
