The Delfield 2194536 Temperature Control With Coiled Bulb Knob & Dial regulates the cooling circuit by responding to thermal conditions inside the equipment. A coiled bulb detects heat variations, while the knob and dial plate provide manual adjustment of the operating range through the internal mechanism. The 36-inch capillary joins the bulb and housing, creating the specified sensing connection between both sections. Each adjustment changes the switching point, determining when electrical continuity is established or interrupted within the circuit.
