The Bunn 26247-0000 Spring Coil Pin is used to hold components of the mating parts together by compressing in a hole that is drilled and then bending outward to form a gap between the parts. This structure enables the flexing to be controlled when inserting and also to provide uniform contact along the wall of the hole to ensure alignment. It is generally mounted in the internal assemblies of beverage equipment where levers, shafts, or brackets are held in place by pins.
