The Hobart 275913-1 Knife Stainless Steel 11-3/4" turns to slice various foods effectively in the commercial systems. It mounts on a one-hole, which holds the blade and provides the blade with proper positioning when in operation. The knife is made to fit into compatible slicer equipment directly, and integrate into the assembly of the machine to move together.
