The Hobart 295154 Wire Whip Stainless Steel 60QT mixes and incorporates ingredients by rotating through the mix, it rotates, product is distributed throughout the bowl. It operates by fitting to the hub of the mixer in such a way that when the machine is turned on, the stainless steel wires will rotate and raise the ingredients, which will then be aerated and mixed. This wire whip is installed in the mixer. It is the most strategic position to reach the mix to be integrated into the mixer to help prepare batches during the operation.
