The Star Mfg 2B-Y8846 Bask‍et 1‌0" x 8-3/4" x 5"‍ Right Hook operates as a perforated wire container that holds food items during immersion in hot oil while allowing oil circulation through its mesh‍ structure for cooking and drainage during lift‍ cycles. It lowers‍ into and lifts out of‍ the fryer vat using the right hook design, which uses the fryer support rail to stabilize positioning during submersion and removal. It is mounted on the basket hanger rail of compatible fryer units for easy access and maintenance in commercial kitchens.
