The APW 2R-55825 Infinite Control Knob W/O Logo Hi/Off/Lo is a manual control interface component to be used in compatible commercial foodservice equipment to adjust the power or heat output. When the operator is operating normally, the knob enables him to turn between the settings, not fixed steps, but variable control. It is placed on the control panel of the appliance and attaches to the infinite control shaft and converts user inputs to the internal control mechanism. It is used in the kitchen griddles, charbroilers or other cooking equipment to control surface temperature or element intensity.
