The Toastmaster 2R33402 Knob can be fitted to any compatible control shaft and can be manually adjusted to any desired temperature or operational setting of commercial kitchen equipment. It is firmly attached to the stem and rotates with a controlled movement, which allows controlling internal parts with a simple rotation input. This control knob is commonly fitted to the control panel on the front, from which the user can access and change the heat or operation settings. Its shaped structure and shape makes it easy to hold and gives the equipment a consistent appearance.
