The Vollrath/Idea-Medalie 30442 Steam Table Pan SS 1/4" X 4" D Super Pan V is a part that fits in the wells and frames of the steam table systems to hold and present food. Its mechanism is that it can transfer heat or cold uniformly around the pan when placed in a water bath, warming cabinet, or chilled display to keep the serving temperatures constant. Fractional pans are needed in the pan in steam tables, prep lines, buffet stations and foodservice counters. Made of stainless steel, it has a depth of 4", and it can hold the sauces and sides.
