The APW 311042 Gas Safety Valve is an essential part of gas operated cooking equipment that helps to increase safety and efficiency. It is a 3 1/2 inch wide magnet head with gas in/out connections of 7/16" CCT and a J type pilot in/out connection of 1/4" CCT. It works by controlling gas flow to the burner only in the presence of the pilot light would gas be released and prevent dangerous gas leaks. Advantages of using this safety valve are improved operational safety because it reduces the risk of gas accumulation, and increased reliability in cooking applications.
