The Blodgett 32280 Convection Oven Blower Motor W/Shaft 1/3HP 1/2" X 4-1/4" works by pushing a fan, that circulates hot air in the oven cavity to ensure even distribution of temperature during cooking. It applies rotational motion to the blower, wheel by means of a motor-driven shaft to provide a constant airflow in the chamber. It is mounted within the oven housing, in line with the blower assembly and is linked to the electrical system to operate properly. It is to fit commercial ovens and is necessary for regulating internal air flow.
