The Hobart 344635-00004 Thermostat SA regulates temperature by sensing heat changes and controlling the connected heating circuit according to the set temperature range. As the sensed temperature changes, the internal mechanism responds to cycle the heating circuit on or off, maintaining the selected operating point. The thermostat is positioned within compatible Hobart equipment, with its sensing capillary routed to the area where temperature needs to be monitored. It features a 1/8-inch connection, a 23-3/16-inch sensing section, and a 36-inch capillary. The assembly connects to the equipment control circuit for temperature regulation during operation.
