The Vollrath 369728 Conveyor Oven Temperature Control Board BA4461 is an electronic control module designed to provide a broad range of heat output control for commercial conveyor and high-temperature oven applications. It works by sensing the temperature by using temperature sensors and adjusting the set temperature by using the user-setting controls, and then processing the signal through an internal circuit, which causes switching to turn the power supply to the heating elements on and off. It adjusts the electrical output according to the signal received from the oven cavity to correct oven temperature regulation in continuous cooking operations.
