The Silver King 38553 Ice Machine Temperature Control is an 115 V programmed control module that measures the signals of cabinet and evaporator temperature and switches the refrigeration system on and off to keep the conditions of ice production. It can be installed in compatible Silver King ice machines and linked to sensors and power leads by the factory wiring harness. The control is used in commercial foodservice and hospitality environments. It is installed inside the appliance and acts as the decision point which interprets the temperature input and sends operating commands to the other supporting components.
