The Middleby Marshall 39530 Air Switch 0.13" detects airflow in the oven system and switches its electrical state when the amount of air movement needed is detected. It makes, or breaks the control circuit according to the pressure differences made by the blower as it is operating. The switch is installed along the airflow inside the oven cabinet, close to the blower or duct assembly. It is designed to be used in 13" ovens and is connected with ignition and heating controls to only be able to run when the correct airflow conditions are present.
