The Toastmaster - See Middleby Marshall 3B82D0087 Drawer Catch Assembly is used to ensure the equipment drawer is firmly held in a closed position by hooking a latch mechanism when the drawer is forced inwards. It opens when the handle is pulled and it can be easily opened but not accidentally moved during use. It is mounted in the cabinet frame in line with the drawer track and strike plate to operate. It is used as a retention part of commercial cooking or holding equipment to keep drawers steady when loading and unloading.
