The Imperial 4053 Control Knob is turned and the settings of the manual movement are translated into fine adjustments on the control assembly. It connects to the control shaft and indicator underneath and enables the operator to choose various levels of temperature and heating elements. It is fitted on the front panel of the compatible and is designed to fit on the control stem so that it is easily accessible to make adjustments during operation.
