The Vulcan Hart 426745-00001 Gas Valve Knob is a 2-1/4" diameter control knob with a 0.240" mounting/set screw, which is intended to be used in compatible commercial gas equipment. It is fitted on the gas valve control stem, whereby the operator can manually regulate the gas flow to burner ignition and modulation. Because it is a component of the control interface, it offers tactile control of the burner settings and ensures the safe and accurate work in the foodservice kitchens.
