The Hobart 435958-00002 Knob With Stud-Adjusting-Upper Guide Unit is adjusted to move threaded parts, and as it turns, the position of the part it is interacting with can be changed in small steps. It is mounted on a stud and slips into the upper guide assembly in such a way that as the knob is turned, the guide mechanism changes its position. This knob is installed on the top guide unit of commercial slicers and other equipment that are compatible, and the knob sticks out through the exterior where the operator makes adjustments to the machine.
