The Jackson 48101001218 Solenoid Valve 1/2" is an electrically operated valve installed commercially in equipment in kitchens. It regulates the water flow by opening or closing the inner passage to an electrical signal of 120V to enable the flow of water to be accurately controlled during the wash and rinse cycles. The valve is installed in line with the plumbing of the machine and linked to the electrical and control system of the unit to act on machine commands. It will only supply water when and where it is needed by the system.
