The Jackson 53302000270 Dishmachine Booster Tank Gasket is a sealing element that is applied in commercial dishwashing systems with an inbuilt booster tank. It is 4-1/2" by 4-1/2" thick and 1/8" to make an effective seal between the booster tank and surfaces to which it is installed to provide a controlled seal during operation. This gasket is used to hold heated water, internal pressure, and minimize leaks as the booster heater heats the water to be used in sanitizing. It is usually applied in foodservice and institutional kitchens.
