The Blodgett 54897 Fan Blower Assembly works by providing air circulation in the oven cavity, to provide even distribution of temperature during cooking. The fan is driven by a 12 VDC motor and pulls in cooler air through the surrounding setting, and forces it over heating elements to maintain a regular flow of air. This assembly is to be installed in inside the oven compartment, usually attached to the heating source and it is connected to the internal ductwork.
