The Blodgett 56878 Control Board Digital Timer Infinite RTD is used to regulate the supply of electricity flowing to the parts by turning the power on, and off at a certain frequency. This internal control system keeps the temperature in the cooking chamber constant by changing the length of each pulse depending on the dial position. The assembly simply clips to the front control panel and the manual interface is connected to the internal wiring harness.
