The Manitowoc 6063 Water Inlet Solenoid Valve 115V 60Hz is used to regulate the flow of water through the use of an electrically controlled coil which opens and closes the valve automatically. The solenoid moves the internal plunger to permit the passage of water when energized and blocks the passage of water when de-energized. This valve can be installed in ice machines or other such systems, and it fits directly into the water inlet system. It is small and can fit perfectly with the existing plumbing connections.
