The Wells 64373 Control Knob is a user-interface control that can be used to adjust the temperature or operational settings of compatible-cooking. It is linked to a control shaft and converts operator action to small mechanical action of internal regulators or switches. The settings that can be repeated in the regular running are directly connected to the knob. It can be adjusted during standard maintenance to provide sufficient tactile control and clear information on the adjustments that can provide operation of the appliances and predictable cooking conditions in the commercial foodservice.
