The Beverage Air 712-012D04 Drawer Gasket is a sealing part that is meant to be used in compatible refrigerated drawer units. This gasket is 9" by 28-7/8" and it is used to line the perimeter of the drawers to form an airtight seal when the drawer is closed. It is used to stop cold air loss and restrict warm air infiltration in normal operation in commercial kitchen settings. Fitted to the refrigeration cabinet assembly the gasket is used in conjunction with the drawer frame and cooling system to assist in maintaining constant internal temperatures.
