The Hobart 715003 Pilot Safety Valve 3/8" is a flame safety component designed for commercial gas-fired appliances. It regulates the flow of gas to the pilot burner and stops the flow of gas when the pilot flame is not lit. It uses a safety sensing system to ensure the internal valve opens only when the flame is ignited. Installed in the pilot gas line between the gas supply and pilot assembly with a 3/8" connection. It is designed to assist in the controlled pilot operation and to improve the safety of the burner ignition and operation of the system.
