The Hobart 719566 Sleeving Fiberglass High -Temperature 5/16" is used by sliding over wires or cable bundles to provide an insulating layer from heat as well as contact with the surface. Its structure is woven fiberglass allowing the passage of heat and insulation between the covered conductors and direct exposure. This sleeving is used on any wiring found in cooking equipment, heating units and industrial machines where higher temperatures exist. Standard groupings of wire and may be cut short. Its flexibility enables it to be put through narrow spaces and not break, keeping the cables bundled and enclosed in their course.
