The Fisher Manufacturing 72819 Waste Valve Handle is used to operate the closure with the handle being turned to move the internal stem and open or close the passageway to drain fluid. The rotation of the handle alters the orientation of the internal mechanism, which enables the wastewater to exit when the handle is open and prevents the wastewater from exiting when the handle is closed. It is attached to the waste valve assembly of compatible equipment, whereby the drain needs to be controlled manually.
