The Vollrath/Idea-Medalie 75012 Steam Table Pan Adapter Bar 12" is used to direct the steam and heat over the adjoining sections to ensure continuity of flow. It fills the space between pans or modules and directs the steam through its straight bar profile, and attaches it to other frames. This is fitted along the edge of a steam table at the point of two sections. It is as long as regular openings between adjacent pans. Mounting holes are compatible with the existing brackets to be attached with the standard fasteners.
