The Kason 77L00008C Latch W/Screw Centers Chrome Plated 10-5/16" attaches to the door of a commercial refrigeration unit and attaches and holds the door closed when the latch is activated. It operates on a mechanical catch and handle mechanism which enables the door to be opened and closed in a lock position with a simple movement. This is a latch that is attached to the exterior door panel and is matched to a similar strike or catch plate, and is a component in the closure and sealing hardware of the door.
