The Prince Castle 78-147S Toggle Switch transmits electrical power through two circuit paths within commercial kitchen systems. The lever movement changes the internal contact arrangement, bringing both poles into a conductive state for power transfer or separating the contacts to interrupt current. The double-pole single-throw structure places two switching poles under one control creating simultaneous ON/OFF changes across the connected circuits. The 1/2" mounting dimension matches the designated panel opening while the 20A, 250V handle the specified electrical load. Electrical terminals connect the contact assembly with surrounding control wiring.
