The Vulcan Hart 80030 Low Water Cut-Off is used to prevent damage to steam appliances by automatically shutting off power when water levels fall below a safe threshold. The functions at 20 PSI pressure through two SPST switches while using a 2-1/2" MPT connection with an inserted length of 4-1/8". The automatic shutdown feature based on insufficient water levels increases operational efficiency and decreases maintenance requirements and extends the equipment longevity.
