The Hobart 802389-00012 Gas Griddle Burner Orifice LP #52 3/8" CCT manages the amount of gas that is passed to the burner to maintain the delivery of fuel to the burner to ensure that it burns properly. It is directly inserted into the burner assembly forming an accurate opening through which gas flows at a regulated rate.
