The Dean 8030307 Basket is a cooking utensil that can be used in compatible commercial deep-fryers. It is 6-3/8" wide, 12-1/8" long, and 5-1/2" high, and it contains food products firmly during frying and allows the hot oil to circulate evenly around the products. The front hook allows the basket to be placed on the support rail of the fryer to drain the oil that is not consumed during cooking. It is included in the assembly and the fryer to handle safely, remove products efficiently, and maintain the same cooking performance in the foodservice business.
