The Dean 807-0800 Gas Fryer Transformer 50VA is a converter that transforms 120V primary voltage to a 24V secondary outlet, which provides the power required to ignite the appliance. It works by reducing the input voltage, but still allowing a constant electric flow to the appliance it is connected to. This miniature transformer is meant to be placed close to the control unit of the fryer and it is easily connected and integrated into the current setup without massive alterations. Due to its design, it can be easily wired and mounted, and can be used with standard fryer systems.
