The Frymaster 807-3366 Gas Fryer Ignition Module Kit Full VAT controls burner ejection in the appliance, the circuit breaker is mounted in the electrical system and regulates and produces fire signals to properly and accurately ignite the gas burners. When in use, it is used to detect presence of flame and to communicate with circuits to allow gas flow only when a flame is detected. If fire does not occur, the module shuts off gas to prevent conditions. The module plays a vital role in the ignition and control system ensuring accurate start-up, stable burner operation and cooking performance.
