The Dean 8072478 Temperature Probe Kit monitors heat conditions inside frying equipment and sends sensed changes to the control circuit. Measuring 2-1/2" X 12" X 2" X 5", its sensing arrangement reaches the area while connecting to the appliance wiring. It is positioned inside the system near the cooking zone where heat detection is required. The 1/8" round terminal block pins establish electrical contact between the sensing setup and connected controls. It fits in kitchens, foodservice stations, and frying appliances where temperature changes are monitored during cooking cycles and equipment operation.
