The Frymaster 826-1353 Orifice 51 is a gas valve that regulate the amount of fuel that goes to burner. It works by controlling the size of the gas passage, controlling the quantity of gas that goes to the burner to ensure that the flame is steady. This opening is fitted in the burner assembly or manifold of the fryer, which is fitted in the inlet to make sure that it is in the right place to allow the gas supply to be consistent and the burner to operate throughout the cooking cycles.
