The Frymaster 826-2036 Frypot Insulation reduces heat transfer by forming a thermal barrier around the exterior of the typical cooking pan within compatible fryer assemblies. It has layered insulating material that slows heat dissipation from the walls of the frypot so that a constant internal oil temperature is maintained during successive heating cycles as power from burners or heating elements is confined and dispersed more uniformly over the vessel structure. It is designed to fit around the frypot exterior within designated fryer units, positioned between the frypot body and fryer cabinet housing during initial assembly.
