The Dean 8261122 Fryer Gas Valve is a gas flow control component designed for use in compatible commercial frying equipment operating with either natural gas or propane. Featuring a 1/2" FPT connection and 24 Volt operation it opens and closes in response to signal from the control system regulating fuel delivery to the burners. This valve is commonly used in restaurants fast food kitchen and foodservice facilities where consistent heating is required. As part of the gas management system it supports proper temperature control and accurate cooking performance throughout operation.

Installation Steps
