The Chicago Faucet 90061 Charger N2O 8 Gram BX/24 is a pressurized nitrous oxide release part that is punctured to release the gas which is then combined with liquid in whipped cream dispensers or other parts to provide an aerated texture. When the charger is punctured, it spreads into the vessel, filling the component with small gas bubbles, creating a stable, creamy texture. These chargers come in a 24-charger box and are inserted into the charger holder of compatible whipped cream or foam-producing tools one at a time.
