The Hobart 998261 Solenoid Valve regulates the flow of water or any other fluids by opening when an electrical signal is sent and closing when the signal is dispatched. The operation of the valve body requires that fluid pass through the valve body when energized, and controlled delivery to the connected system is possible. The valve is mounted directly in line with the commercial kitchen equipment plumbing that is compatible and is connected to the 1/2" ports and the electrical control circuits and it is intended to be used with 120/240V systems.
