The American Range A80103 Gas Valve AF Series controls the flow from the fryer to the propane tank, opening and closing when necessary to keep the heating constant throughout operation. It operates based on its internal gas delivery control, which enables the burner system of the fryer to operate as intended. This valve is fitted in the gas line arrangement of a fryer, whereby this valve links the gas source to the burner parts. It is normally installed in commercial kitchens that depend on the use of fryers that operate on propane as a high-volume cooking method.
