The Cleveland 22140 Air Vent Steam Manifold 1/8" MPT F/J/K is used to control the amount of air and condensate that is released in commercial range steam systems. It is directly fitted on the steam manifold and it maintains a steady flow of steam and does not allow air bubbles to interfere with the cooking performance. This element is used together with the boiler and manifold system to ensure efficient heat transfer and effective operation.
