The Alto-Shaam ALTGS-23794 Door Gasket 28-1/2" X 19-1/2" is used to seal the gap between the cabinet door and its frame when the door is closed by creating a compressible seal. Its soft substance is moulded to the mating surfaces, restricting air flow when normal equipment is in operation. The gasket is mounted on the circumference of the door opening and fits into the special mounting channel of the compatible holding. This element is applied in commercial foodservice equipment to assist in the adequate sealing of enclosures when heating or holding.
