The Alto-Shaam ALTTT3329 Thermostat is a temperature controller designed to control the temperature of commercial cooking equipment and it has a diameter of 3/16 and an 11-1/8 sensing bulb with a 36 inch capillary tube. It is used in a temperature of 100 to 325 F, which enables accurate regulation of heating components.
