The Bakers Pride AS-1400110 Temperature Control, the heat is monitored by the temperature inside, and switches the heating system on or off. It reacts to the changes within the cavity by opening or closing the circuit to hold the desired setting during operation. It is attached to the back of the control panel of the oven and is connected to the heating elements and temperature sensor. This component is used with the thermostat knob and is designed to convert user settings into electrical signals to be used.
