The Accutemp AT2E-4717-1 Griddle Flame Sensor REV A G2 monitors the burner flame by measuring the amount of heat and transmitting the signal to the control module. It makes sure that the burner remains on when there is a flame which helps in controlled heating periods during cooking. This sensor will be placed close to the burner assembly in the commercial griddle and it will come into direct contact with the ignition and flame elements.
