Installation Steps

Step1: Turn off gas supply and disconnect electrical power before servicing the griddle.

Step2: Remove the front access panel to reach the burner and existing flame sensor assembly.

Step3: Disconnect the flame sense wire and unscrew the old sensor from its mounting bracket.

Step4: Position the new sensor in the same orientation near the burner flame path.

Step5: Secure it tightly with screws and reconnect the flame sense wire to the control module.

Step6: Restore power and gas, then test ignition to confirm stable flame detection and proper operation.
