The Sunkist B-204 Sectionizer cuts whole fruits and vegetables by pressing them through a blade assembly that divides each item into uniform sections in one downward motion. Its 8-wedge cutting configuration creates eight equal portions as the produce passes through the sectionizing blades and drops into the container below. It is placed on countertops in commercial kitchens, restaurants and food preparation stations, where the JR sectionizer is used for processing citrus fruits and other compatible produce.
